Via a single interface, the IOR/EOR solution covers Bangladesh, enabling customers to quickly grow into new markets. In Bangladesh, in order to import goods, it is important that you have a fiscal presence. As their partner, LSP Global Forwarding assists businesses that do not have such a corporate presence. LSP Global Forwarding will:

  • Function as the importer/exporter at the time of importation/export for customs and tax declaration purposes.
  • Be responsible for Customs, Tax, and other regulatory authorities.
  • Apply for necessary import/export licenses or permits.
  • Maintain records under local law for the minimum time required.
  • Complete all regular filing requirements associated with the payment of duties and taxes.
  • Simplifies the clearance of shipments.
  • Saves clients from the expense of forming legal entities in countries.
  • Reduces their exposures to corporate taxes.

SOLUTIONS

Normally, LSP Global Forwarding does not retain the title to the products, and they stay with the consumer or their end customer.
The model is particularly suited to situations where a Client requires that goods are on-site in a country where they do not have a legal/fiscal presence, and the goods are not on-sold in that country. Thus it is particularly suited to our warehousing of warranty spare parts.

SPARE PARTS DEPOT

Scenario

A client sells finished items to end users in a country, with the end user acting as the Importer for the initial shipments.

In order to fulfill warranty obligations, the Client must create a store of spare parts in-country. These spare parts will not be for sale and will remain the property of the client until they are possibly transferred to the end-user.
